Job Summary:

We are looking for a Housekeeper/Cleaning technician to join our team! You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by consistently cleaning residential and commercial facilities. You will be traveling to customers' establishments and providing various cleaning services. 

As a Cleaning Service Professional, you are a key member of the team providing quality cleaning for our customers. Exemplifying our code of values, you show respect and courtesy to all customers and employees. You are self-motivated, dependable, and have a great attitude. Responsibilities: 

• Use provided equipment -- including vacuums and cleaning solutions -- to clean customer homes.
• Clean all surfaces in the home, including fans, blinds, light fixtures, baseboards, fixtures, counters, showers, toilets, cabinets, and floor.
• Ability to clean floors on hands and knees in kitchens and bathrooms
• Vacuum all stairs, carpet, hard surface floors, and furniture
• Move all reasonably moveable furniture to clean under and behind
• Carry all cleaning products and equipment to and from office, vehicle, and customers’ homes
• Assist in keeping supplies stocked and maintaining equipment
• Contribute to a positive work climate with a pleasant attitude and contribute to the overall team effort, including being in uniform, dependable, and on time
• Communicate with customers and staff in a professional and courteous manner

Qualifications: 

• Previous housekeeping/janitorial experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to commute between job sites 
• Ability to read and follow cleaning instructions
• Ability to differentiate between cleaning products and uses
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to lift and carry 20 lbs of equipment 
• Ability to withstand regular physical contact with dog and cat hair, mold, dust, mildew, and cleaning solutions
