As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location. Your presence and regular patrols help to deter security-related incidents while providing exceptional customer service to those onsite. This role requires driving as part of your responsibilities. What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies, as well as responding appropriately to emergency situations.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following Allied Universal protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the manufacturing and industrial location, including the business interior and surrounding perimeter, to help to deter unauthorized activities.
• Observe and report any suspicious, unsafe, or irregular activities encountered during patrols to the appropriate personnel.
• Monitor entry and exit points to help to deter unauthorized access and maintain the integrity of the site.
• Assist visitors, employees, and/or contractors with directions, access, and general inquiries as needed, while maintaining a professional presence.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of daily activities, incidents, and/or irregularities as required by site procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
