Join HEPACO, a Clean Harbors Company! We are seeking a dedicated Class A CDL Driver with HAZMAT & Tanker endorsements to operate a diverse range of heavy and light trucks at our customer sites. You'll engage in various tasks, including operating vacuum trucks, guzzlers, and roll-offs, while playing a crucial role in hazardous waste clean-up.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prioritize health and safety by following all safe work practices and policies.
• Operate commercial trucks and assist field laborers as needed.
• Efficiently load and unload trucks.
• Engage in manual labor to meet customer requirements.
• Ensure proper placarding of vehicles in accordance with DOT regulations.
• Maintain accurate daily logs, timesheets, and reports.
• Adhere to local, state, and federal compliance regulations.
• Safely operate vehicles according to U.S. DOT requirements.
• Observe corporate guidelines and environmental health and safety standards.
• Be on call for emergency response every other week as needed.
• Handle site remediation and decontamination of equipment.

Qualifications:

• Valid Class A CDL.
• HAZMAT and Tanker endorsements are required.
• Ability to use mobile devices effectively.
• Physical capability to perform job-related tasks.
• Pass a background check, drug test, and physical as required.
• Meet facial hair standards in accordance with OSHA's Respiratory Protection standards.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous commercial driving experience.
• Prior Hazmat experience.
• Ability to operate manual transmissions.
• Experience in manual labor roles.
