We are seeking a detail-oriented Paralegal to provide contract and legal operations support to our internal Legal Department during a temporary coverage period. This role will partner closely with internal counsel, HR leadership, and cross-functional teams to draft, review, and manage healthcare-related agreements while ensuring compliance with organizational policies.
This is an excellent opportunity for a paralegal or legal assistant with strong contract management skills and experience supporting fast-paced legal teams.
What You’ll Do
Draft and review routine contracts, including confidentiality agreements, transfer agreements, and educational affiliation agreements
Support internal counsel with physician agreements (professional services and medical directorships) using approved templates
Manage contracts end-to-end in an electronic contract management system
Track signatures, renewals, and follow-ups to ensure timely execution
Process legal service requests and maintain organized electronic legal files
Prepare routine filings such as registration renewals and statements of information
Maintain tracking tools, dashboards, and litigation spreadsheets as requested
Provide administrative and legal support to Legal leadership and HR partners
What We’re Looking For
High school diploma or GED (required)
Experience as a Paralegal, Legal Assistant, or in contract administration
Strong attention to detail and document management skills
Familiarity with electronic contract and legal filing systems
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
Strong communication and follow-up skills
