What you will do?

The Global Mobility Specialist is responsible for supporting and managing all aspects of employee relocation and expatriate programs to ensure a seamless experience for our global workforce.

Key Responsibilities


  • Ensure a smooth transition for new hires, including paperwork, resources, information, and support for successful integration.
  • Facilitate a great expatriate experience: provide timely information, host new hires on their first day, maintain accurate records, coordinate asset orders, cubicle assignment, and onboarding instructions.
  • Support all mobility mattersrelocation, expatriate compliance, and global population management in areas such as tax and visa regulations (specific knowledge of U.S. and Korea required).
  • Collaborate cross?functionally with HR, IT, Facilities, and hiring managers to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
  • Partner with the Global Talent Management team in Korea, suppliers, and key stakeholders on relocation cases.
  • Maintain accurate employee data in the HRIS system (Workday/NUMI) and resolve system/data issues with operations.
  • Collect feedback from new hires to identify improvement areas and implement onboarding enhancements.
  • Coordinate with external relocation service providers for outstanding service and seamless relocation of employees and partners.
  • Collaborate with relevant teams to provide requested data and information to HQ.
  • Manage and coordinate internal and external events with 100+ attendees, including planning, scheduling, and resource management for project sprints.
  • Support the development, implementation, administration, and maintenance of benefit programs, policies, and procedures for Samsung expatriates.


What you bring?
  • Bachelor's degree required and 3+ years of relevant experience preferred.
  • Fluency in written and spoken Korean is required.
  • Experience working in a cross?cultural environment involving HQ and local teams is preferred.
  • Understanding of labor, tax, and visa regulations in key locations (e.g., U.S., Korea) is preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor communications to diverse stakeholders.
  • A problem?solver mindset and bias toward action.



What We Offer

Base Pay Range : $91,280 $132,720 USD.

Pay range below is for all roles at this level across all US locations and functions. Individual rates depend on factors such as role, function, location, and individual knowledge, skills, experience, education, and training. Incentive opportunities reward employees based on individual and company performance.
