CNA and/or HHA Position at Griswold Care Pairing

The CNA and/or HHA at Griswold Care Pairing will provide compassionate and high-quality care to clients in Sarasota/Manatee County. This is a hourly healthcare/medical job in the Franchise industry located in Venice, Florida. As an individual contributor, you will play a vital role in improving the lives of our clients and their families by helping them maintain their independence and dignity.

Compensation & Benefits: This position offers a competitive hourly rate of $18 to $30 paid weekly.

Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care services to clients, including but not limited to bathing, dressing, feeding, and assisting with mobility.
• Administer medications as prescribed by a physician.
• Monitor and report changes in the client's condition to the appropriate supervisor.
• Assist with light housekeeping tasks, meal preparation, and grocery shopping.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and their families.
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a safe and clean working environment.

Requirements:

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) certification.
• Current CPR (American Heart, Health Institute or Red Cross)
• HIV certificate
• Ability to pass a LEVEL 2 background check
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, patient, and understanding attitude towards clients.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, bend, stoop, and stand for long periods.
