About the Role
The Company is in need of a Market Vice President for the Phoenix area. The successful candidate will be responsible for the strategic and operational management of 6 branches in the Southwest, with a focus on the long-term growth and evolution of the business. This leadership role involves overseeing a team that is dedicated to client delivery, including recruitment, fulfillment, and sales acquisition and growth. The Market VP will be accountable for the execution of business plans and will play a key role in coaching and managing the team to ensure success in the light industrial staffing vertical.
