We are on a journey of continuous growth - now looking for our next star - a passionate Senior Strategic Initiatives Project Manager.
Mobile Cooling Solutions (MCS) is seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Project Manager to lead and coordinate key strategic initiatives across multiple functions, and country strategic initiatives. This role will be responsible for driving execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and delivering measurable value through process improvement and system optimization.
The Strategic Initiatives Project Manager will report directly to the CFO and work closely with cross-functional teams including Finance, IT, Supply Chain, and Commercial to support projects related to system integration, item setup, pricing structure, and other high-impact strategic initiatives such as a cross-company library of S&OP.
The project management process including governance, team leadership, tracking and monitoring, prioritization, communication, and quality controls. The Senior Project Manager implements strategic programs, monitors program performance, and evaluates strategic initiatives for efficiency and accomplishments with a focus on team development.
Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage multiple cross-functional strategic projects from initiation through completion, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.
- Partner with the CFO and business leaders to define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success metrics.
- Oversee critical initiatives such as item setup, pricing optimization, and other enterprise system improvement projects.
- Coordinate with IT to ensure seamless integration of systems and accurate data management across platforms.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and progress reports to communicate status and key milestones.
- Identify project risks and proactively develop mitigation strategies.
- Facilitate cross-functional meetings to ensure collaboration and alignment between Finance, IT, and operational teams.
- Support management efforts to ensure smooth adoption of new systems, tools, and processes.
- Track project performance against KPIs and provide regular updates to senior leadership.
- Create a Center of Excellence in alignment with general project management guidelines, quality standards and company requirements.
- Build and lead an organization with customer focus and effective communication with a focus on decisive, fast-moving solutions, quick and constructive resolutions to conflicts, and a "no barriers" mentality.
- Seek implementation efficiencies to meet or exceed the financial expectations established at project initiation.
- Develop, implement, and govern program management processes, tools, templates, policies, and metrics.
- Monitor compliance with project policies and standards.
- Coach and mentor project management practitioners and share knowledge of best practices.
- Coordinate project deliverables with senior leadership.
- Oversee projects/programs for the delivery of on time, within scope and on budget.
- Track and provide project status and audit reports.
- Manage the risk, issue, and change resolution process, and work with other leaders to take corrective action as needed.
- Provide senior leaders with the information needed to assess and decide which proposals have the highest potential value, impact, and strategic alignment. Interface with senior leadership to define project priorities, implementation opportunities, challenges and communicate project risks and opportunities.

To be successful in this role, we believe that you possess the following skills, competencies & characteristics: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field (MBA or PMP certification preferred).
- 5+ years of project management experience, ideally within finance, IT, or business transformation initiatives.
- Strong understanding of financial processes, ERP systems, and data management principles.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Smartsheet), and data analysis tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and influence at all levels of the organization
