A Sr. Agile Coach is a strategic leader responsible for driving Agile maturity across a product portfolio organization . This role partners with product, technology and business leaders to enable scaled Agile practices, fosters a culture of continuous improvement, and ensures alignment between strategy, discovery and delivery. The Sr. Agile coach will guide teams and leaders through quarterly planning, capacity management, dependency resolution , DevOps adoption and AI-enabled practices to deliver high-value outcomes.

Benefits: The annual base salary range is $97,000- $135,000. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive short term incentives that align with individual and company performance. Salary will be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
