What You'll Do

• Assess behavioral needs through collaboration and direct engagement
• Create and revise individualized behavior support plans
• Train staff on implementation and ensure plans are followed effectively
• Track progress using data collection and adjust strategies accordingly
• Provide regular consultations to support teams, families, and individuals
• Teach coping skills, replacement behaviors, and social-emotional strategies
• Maintain timely and compliant clinical documentation

What You'll Need

• Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field
• Active NM professional license (Counseling, Social Work, or Psychology)
• Experience or Interest supporting individuals with developmental disabilities (Not required, will train and provide supervsion.
• Reliable transportation, computer/internet, and phone
• Willingness to complete DDSD trainings and attend required meetings
• Commitment to reporting and ethical practices

Location

On sight and in New Mexico but remote work is supported.
