What You'll Do
- Assess behavioral needs through collaboration and direct engagement
- Create and revise individualized behavior support plans
- Train staff on implementation and ensure plans are followed effectively
- Track progress using data collection and adjust strategies accordingly
- Provide regular consultations to support teams, families, and individuals
- Teach coping skills, replacement behaviors, and social-emotional strategies
- Maintain timely and compliant clinical documentation
What You'll Need
- Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field
- Active NM professional license (Counseling, Social Work, or Psychology)
- Experience or Interest supporting individuals with developmental disabilities (Not required, will train and provide supervsion.
- Reliable transportation, computer/internet, and phone
- Willingness to complete DDSD trainings and attend required meetings
- Commitment to reporting and ethical practices
Location
On sight and in New Mexico but remote work is supported.
