This is the kind of role where high performers can truly shine and grow with the organization. What You’ll Do Lead recruiting efforts for skilled craft professionals , both local and travel. Experience with pipe fitters, welders, and mechanical tradespeople is highly desired! Build and manage high-volume workforce pipelines to support construction projects. Partner closely with clients and internal field teams to anticipate workforce needs and deliver exceptional service. Oversee onboarding, credentials, and site-readiness for new hires, ensuring compliance and safety standards are met. Use staffing platforms and workforce tracking tools to keep everything running smoothly. What You Bring A strong background in skilled trades staffing ; you know the industry and the talent. Proven ability to juggle multiple placements , shifting priorities, and deadlines without missing a beat.
