We are currently seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (CRNP) to join our supportive, patient-centered Psychiatry Team. This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact while maintaining an excellent work-life balance.
What You'll Do As an integral part of our behavioral health team, you will:
- Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations
- Diagnose and treat a wide range of mental, emotional, and behavioral health disorders
- Develop individualized treatment plans in coordination with an interdisciplinary team
- Make treatment recommendations for psychotherapeutic interventions and medications
- Collaborate with facility staff on behavioral strategies and care planning
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, referring physicians, and other healthcare professionals

- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and collaboration skills
