Core responsibilities
- Material flow: Receive and handle raw ingredients to prepare for processing.
- Processing: Execute proprietary manufacturing procedures with accuracy and care.
- Pack-out: Package finished goods to exact standards and specifications.
- Standards: Uphold safety, sanitation, quality, and efficiency throughout all tasks.
- Documentation: Use basic computer systems for instructions, checks, and simple entries.
- Communication: Follow verbal and written directions; escalate issues promptly.
Qualifications
- 18 years or older
- 6+ months of manufacturing experience
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to read, write, comprehend, follow written and verbal instructions, and perform basic math
