Are you a highly organized and detail-oriented Paralegal or Legal Assistant with experience in estate planning and/or corporate law seeking a new opportunity? Our established downtown Sarasota law firm is located in beautiful offices and is looking for a key team member to support our managing partner. We offer a generous pay package and the opportunity to work in a collaborative, family friendly environment that provides great flexibility with the opportunity for some remote work.  

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a legal assistant to the managing partner.
• Assist with the preparation of estate planning and corporate documents .
• Act as a professional point of contact for clients and financial advisors.
• Prepare and organize document books for client planning.
• Handle a variety of paralegal and legal assistant duties to support the firm's operations.

What We're Looking For:

• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail are an absolute must.
• Proven experience as a paralegal or legal assistant.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Significant compensation is offered, commensurate with your experience.
• This position includes a sign-on bonus.
