Roles & Responsibilities
- Dispense and fill liquid antibodies into vials using pipettes, peristaltic pumps, and balances
- Inspect, label, and package clinical and commercial products per quality standards
- Organize and stage packaging materials and complete documentation
- Support label creation, inventory handling, and SAP data entry
- Maintain clean workstations and follow EH&S safety practices
- Participate in safety audits and shift meetings
- Follow work orders, schedules, and adjust to shifting priorities
Experience Required
- Minimum 6 months industry experience in a laboratory or manufacturing environment
- Hands-on use of lab equipment like pipettes, peristaltic pumps, balances
Skills & Certifications
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to calculate volumes (mg/ml, metric system)
- Basic math and computer literacy
- Good documentation practices and team collaboration
- Ability to follow detailed work instructions
Eligibilities & qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Science and/or manufacturing background mandatory
