Orthopedic Associates (OA) is seeking skilled and compassionate Medical Appointment Schedulers to join our growing team, at our Centerville administrative office.

What You’ll Do:

  • Providing excellent customer service and communication to patients, families and staff
  • Manage high call volume while maintaining attention to detail and productivity
  • Scheduling patients to their availability and provider preference
  • Respond to referrals, urgent situations per protocol
  • Make decisions independently

Required Experience:

  • Health care industry experience as a Medical Assistant or equivalent
  • Electronic Medical Record (EMR) experience
  • Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy and physiology, clinical medicine, surgery, diagnostic tests, radiology, pathology, pharmacology, and the various medical specialties as required in areas of responsibility.
