Your Role:
Step into a pivotal position where your litigation expertise will shine. As a key member of our team, you’ll manage a diverse, high-volume docket and lead cases from inception to trial. Your responsibilities will include:
* Acting as lead counsel at trials, hearings, depositions, settlement conferences, mediations, and client meetings.
* Drafting and responding to discovery, as well as drafting and arguing motions with precision.
* Taking and defending depositions with confidence and attention to detail.
* Evaluating evidence, negotiating settlements, and advocating passionately for our clients.
What We’re Looking For:
* Licensed by the State Bar of Texas.
* 5+ years of litigation experience (first-chair trial experience preferred).
* Proven ability to manage a large caseload with competing priorities and deadlines.
* Strong discovery skills, including drafting, responding, and handling depositions.
* Exceptional negotiation, verbal, and written communication skills.
* Background in property tax litigation a plus.
* Proficient in MS Office and legal research tools,
* Willingness to travel when needed.
