Fabricator/Assembler – Contract to Hire $20-$24
Location: Rochester, NY
Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:
Assemble components and products using blueprints and technical instructions
Operate hand tools, power tools, and industrial machinery safely and efficiently
Perform quality checks to ensure products meet high standards
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Collaborate with a team to improve workflow and productivity
Accurately document production and report progress
What You Bring:
Experience in assembly, production, or light manufacturing
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment
Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude
Team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
