We are seeking a Data Analyst to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience in data visualization, analysis, and reporting using Power BI and SQL. This role involves transforming raw data into actionable insights that drive business decisions and performance improvement. Key Responsibilities Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from various sources using SQL. Develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards and reports for business users. Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to support strategic initiatives. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to understand reporting needs and deliver data‑driven recommendations. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security across platforms. Automate recurring reporting processes and streamline data workflows. Present findings and insights to management and stakeholders in a clear and concise manner. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or related field. 2+ years of experience in a data analysis or business intelligence role. Strong proficiency in SQL (querying, joins, stored procedures, data extraction). Advanced knowledge of Power BI (DAX, Power Query, data modeling, dashboard design). Familiarity with Excel, Python, or other analytical tools a plus. Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills. Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
