Job Title: Forklift Operator
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Forklift Operator for our warehouse. 1st shift role Monday to through Friday
The ideal candidate will have experience with 3+years of sit-down, propane forklifts and will be responsible for a variety of tasks including loading and unloading, shipping/receiving, and inventory management.
Responsibilities
Load and unload goods from trucks and move them to storage areas.
Conduct shipping and receiving duties, ensuring accurate documentation and processing.
Transport materials throughout the facility safely and efficiently.
Check inventory and package shipments weighing up to 80 lbs using FedEx and UPS shipping systems.
Pull items from racking and put them away as needed.
Manage inventory using RF scanning equipment.
Essential Skills
Proficiency in operating sit-down, propane forklifts.
Experience with material handling, loading, and inventory management.
Knowledge of RF scanners and shipping systems.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
3+ years of warehouse and forklift experience.
Previous racking experience.
Standard computer skills.
High School Diploma or GED.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out York, Pennsylvania.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
