We ve been hauling freight with integrity, consistency, and respect for over 69 years. Now, we re looking for an energetic, people-focused Driver Recruiter to join our growing team. As a Driver Recruiter, you ll be the first point of contact for prospective CDL drivers. You ll play a critical role in identifying, attracting, and onboarding top-tier regional and OTR drivers who align with our safety standards and culture. This is an in-office position that requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for people. Key Responsibilities: * Source and screen qualified CDL A driver candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and other channels * Manage the full recruitment process: posting jobs, conducting interviews, running background checks, and facilitating pre-employment requirements * Maintain accurate records in applicant tracking systems * Build strong relationships with drivers from first contact through orientation and beyond * Coordinate with Safety and Operations departments to ensure smooth onboarding * Monitor industry trends to keep recruiting strategies competitive Qualifications: * Previous experience in trucking, recruiting, or logistics (preferred) * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail * Comfortable using recruiting platforms, email, and CRM/ATS tools * Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment * Knowledge of DOT regulations is a plus What We Offer: * Competitive salary * Full benefits package: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k) * Paid time off & holidays * Supportive, family-run environment with open-door leadership * Opportunity to make a real impact on the growth of our team Ready to Help Us Find the Best Drivers on the Road?
