ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Lead development and execution of marketing plans tailored to each active and upcoming project.
  • Creating and distributing a comprehensive Company Branding and Marketing plan to include items such as signage, brochures, digital, radio & TV advertising
  • Translate sales goals into actionable marketing plans within budget.
  • Align marketing with construction and sales timelines.
  • Responsible for coordinating with the President/CEO regarding outside charitable donations (as a marketing tool)
  • Maintain and evolve the CCB brand identity.
  • Ensure consistency across marketing channels.
  • Maintain and update websites.
  • Manage online reviews and reputation.
  • Ability to manage creative production and timelines.
  • High initiative in fast-paced environments

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
  • BA in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred
  • 5+ years of marketing leadership experience
  • Experience in real estate development preferred
  • Proficient in managing web development, search engine optimization, online marketing, social media management, and market research to identify project-specific target markets.
  • Ability to manage creative production and timelines to deliver timely marketing materials.
  • Supervisory experience and event planning experience
  • Detail oriented, attention to detail is key in this role
  • Excellent communication skills, phone etiquette, and a high degree of diplomacy are required
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills required
  • Proven ability to create, manage, and monitor project budgets effectively
  • Team player with strong work ethic
  • Proficient in Internet research methods
  • Experience in real estate development preferred
