Position: Dedicated Truck Driver for Family Dollar

Average Pay: $1,270-$1,550 weekly

Home Time: Weekly

Experience: All CDL holders welcome!

Join our team! You'll be responsible for handling retail and grocery freight on liftgate trailers, ensuring efficient operations with the following tasks:

• Performing 100% hand unloads using gravity rollers and/or pallet jacks.
• Managing 2 loads per week, with 3-6 stop-offs per load.
• Traveling in states including Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, and Mississippi.

Pay and Bonus Opportunities:

• Competitive mileage pay and load pay, along with hourly compensation while on duty—regardless of driving.
• Weekly performance pay to reward your hard work.
• A generous $3,000 sign-on bonus for experienced drivers, distributed across your first year.
• A $1,500 sign-on bonus for inexperienced drivers, also paid over 12 monthly payments.
• Paid orientation to get you started on the right foot.

• Annual bonus potential of up to 2% of your annual gross pay each year!

Qualifications:

• Must possess a valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
• This position is intended for candidates who live within 50 miles of Marianna, FL.
