Position: Dedicated Truck Driver for Family Dollar
Average Pay: $1,270-$1,550 weekly
Home Time: Weekly
Experience: All CDL holders welcome!
Join our team! You'll be responsible for handling retail and grocery freight on liftgate trailers, ensuring efficient operations with the following tasks:
- Performing 100% hand unloads using gravity rollers and/or pallet jacks.
- Managing 2 loads per week, with 3-6 stop-offs per load.
- Traveling in states including Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, and Mississippi.
Pay and Bonus Opportunities:
- Competitive mileage pay and load pay, along with hourly compensation while on duty—regardless of driving.
- Weekly performance pay to reward your hard work.
- A generous $3,000 sign-on bonus for experienced drivers, distributed across your first year.
- A $1,500 sign-on bonus for inexperienced drivers, also paid over 12 monthly payments.

Qualifications:
- Must possess a valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
- This position is intended for candidates who live within 50 miles of Marianna, FL.
