San Marcos Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in San Marcos, Texas is looking for a qualified Full-Time CEI Sales Coordinator to work for our sales department ($15-$18/Hour + Bonus Opportunities). Responsibilities

• Receive all questions and concerns from external and internal customers.
• Receive, sort and prepare a checklist for all customer materials.
• Follow Up with all Customers within 24 hours of Vehicle Purchase.
• Interact with Customers while they are waiting for Finance.
• Complete and maintain all required paperwork, records, documents, etc.
• Developing and implementing a strong customer experience strategy
• Ensure Customer satisfaction before leaving the dealership
• Maintain Perfect Deliveries
• Daily Reports to Sales Manager
• Maintain Monthly CFA (Customer First Award)
• Audit Sales Training
• Perform all Active deliveries
• Other duties may be assigned

Job Requirements

• 2 Years (or more) of customer service experience required
• GED or equivalent
• Computer proficiency using MS Office, email, and general internet
• Ability to deal effectively with customers, staff and management
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and leadership skills
• Quick learner, able to work in fast paced work environment
• The ability to learn and utilize multiple computer programs
• Strong work ethic with the ability to work both independently or in a team-driven environment
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Willing to work Saturdays
• Valid Driver's License
• Must be able to pass a background check, driving record and drug test
