About the Role:

As our Automotive Parts Manager, youll oversee all aspects of the parts department, ensuring optimal inventory levels, efficient operations, and top-tier customer service. Youll collaborate closely with service advisors, technicians, and wholesale clients to ensure timely and accurate parts delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily operations of the parts department, including inventory control, ordering, and vendor relations
  • Supervise, train, and motivate a team of parts professionals
  • Maintain accurate records of stock levels, pricing, and returns
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase parts sales and profitability
  • Ensure compliance with safety and manufacturer standards
  • Support internal service and collision departments with timely parts fulfillment


Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in automotive parts management (dealership experience preferred)
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Proficiency with DMS systems (CDK/ADP preferred)
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Ability to analyze data and manage budgets effectively
