AUTOMOTIVE PARTS MANAGER

$70,000 - $110,000+ a Year

Automotive Parts Management Experience Required


Are you great at maintaining both client AND employee satisfaction?  is seeking an experienced   Automotive Parts Manager to lead our busy Parts Department in the greater Cleveland / Parma Heights area.

You’ll manage our  fast-growing Parts Department with access to  OEM and aftermarket parts . Work alongside an experienced service department team and enjoy the autonomy to implement best practices in inventory control, vendor management, and departmental profitability. Responsibilities - Parts Manager:

  • Manage daily operations of the parts department, including wholesale, retail, and internal sales
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels and oversee ordering, receiving, and stocking of parts
  • Monitor departmental performance and implement strategies for growth and profitability
  • Ensure timely fulfillment of repair orders for the service department
  • Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships
  • Train, coach, and evaluate parts staff to achieve performance goals
  • Uphold high standards of customer service for all department interactions
  • Maintain compliance with all safety, OEM, and company policies

 

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Previous Automotive Parts Manager or Parts Department Leadership experience required
  • Strong background in inventory control, vendor management, and department operations
  • Proven leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency with dealership management systems (DMS) and parts inventory software
  • Ability to manage budgets, control costs, and achieve profitability targets
  • Excellent communication skills and a commitment to customer satisfaction
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Must pass pre-employment screening
