Job Description

The position supports all aspects of front desk and medical office functions of a medical office. As the initial in-person contact with patients and guests, our Medical Office Assistants are responsible for making a positive first impression by providing a warm welcome and efficient first encounter.

• Must be self-motivated with an outstanding customer service and superior attention to details.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are required
• Calling patients to review labs/sending further referrals, etc
• Monitor inventory of supplies and place orders when needed
• Social media posting and connect with all leads
• Able to multitask in a fast paced environment
• Being punctual, self-motivated, reliable. and detail oriented is a requirement
• Assist with office functions
• Adheres to all policies and procedures
• Performs other duties as requested by the practice manager

* Medical knowledge is preferred but not required.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $21.00 per hour
