Damage Responsibility & Payment Authorization ClauseThe Renter agrees to return all rented items in the same condition in which they were delivered. In the event that any items are lost, stolen, or damaged during the rental period—whether due to negligence, misuse, weather exposure, or unauthorized relocation—the Renter agrees to pay the full cost of repair or replacement as determined by Get Lit Chattanooga.The Renter authorizes Get Lit Chattanooga to charge the credit card provided at booking for any damages incurred. An invoice detailing the damages and costs will be provided before any charges are processed. If payment is not received within 5 business days of notification, the card on file will be charged automatically.By clicking this box, the Renter acknowledges and agrees to this policy.
